Help valued leaders target one or two development areas holding them back from achieving their full potential
New challenges or opportunities
Support leaders to sustain high performance in the face of complexity and change
Engaging and retaining exceptional talent
Invest in the accelerated growth of those with potential to provide truly unique leadership and contributions to the organization
Two coaching paths for growth
One-on-one Coaching
Places efficient and effective focus on the specific development objectives of each leader receiving coaching
-
The focus is on this leader’s individual development goals, featuring aligned intent among the leader, his/her/their key organizational stakeholders, and the coach
-
We explore the leader’s development goals in partnership with key stakeholders; conduct any assessments that might aid understanding; gain organizational support for a targeted development action plan; meet regularly to discuss progress, obstacles, and next steps; and close the engagement with a plan for ongoing development
Group Coaching
Provides a rich, multi-dimensional learning experience for individuals within the group’s shared organizational context, such as leading through times of change or managing one’s own stress while leading the business
-
In a safe space created by an experienced coach, a small group of peers learn from each other’s diverse perspectives, while honing their own coaching skills
-
A group of 5-8 people committed to their own development and to the group meet at defined intervals over several months; group members verbally share their development goals, challenges, and successes, and receive coaching from their group mates, facilitated by the group coach
GROUP COACHING FEEDBACK FROM A GROUP IN A NORTHERN VIRGINIA NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION
“The group coaching with Jodi made me feel listened to, supported, helpful to others, and empowered. She made us feel comfortable to share without judgment. She listened and gave helpful coaching with kindness and patience. What I found most helpful was the support from everyone. This experience was so positive.”
