Selection assessments
We provide another set of data to complement your hiring team’s judgment calls when bringing new talent into the organization.
Following a pre-call with the hiring manager and/or HR partner to understand the unique success factors of the role, we administer validated work style assessments and conduct an in-depth behavioral interview, then provide a report of the candidate’s likely fit focused on the factors that help predict strong performance in your business.
Development assessments
This process employs a methodology very similar to selection assessments but is used with existing employees to deepen their self-awareness and guide development planning.
The resulting report is shared with the leader who was assessed in a coaching conversation to explore the themes of strategic strengths and potential areas for improvement; with the assessor’s help the leader drafts an action plan and presents it to his/her/their manager and/or HR partner to seek alignment and support on the plan for development.
