Women leaders often find themselves tackling challenges of business and team leadership (perhaps while being the only woman in the room), simultaneously caring for the generations above and below, experiencing physical changes from perimenopause and menopause, and more – and may feel that dedicating time to their own development is a luxury they can’t justify. Beyond that, some find there are few suitable environments for allowing themselves to be vulnerable in discussing their experiences and seeking thoughtful input; many find that the best sounding boards are other women in similar roles.
Peer Coaching (or “Group Coaching”) brings a small group of leaders together for high-impact learning, peer-to-peer feedback and guidance, and support facilitated by an experienced leadership coach. Each leader brings her own development objectives, while all group members share some common characteristics that help build connection and credibility within the group.
